Do you offer a warranty on the repairs?

We provide a 1-month warranty on all remote repairs carried out by us. If the remote/key stops working within this 1-month period and it is not possible to repair the remote, we will refund the cost of the repair services excluding postage. This warranty applies only to work carried out by us and does not cover faults that develop due to water damage or tampering.

To be eligible for a refund: - Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. - Your item must be in the original packaging. - Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I send you more than one key at a time?

You can send as many car keys as you need repaired. If they are not for the same vehicle, you will need to order and pay for the separate vehicle keys, but you can ship them in the same envelope. We will aim to get them all repaired and returned as quickly as possible.

Repair My Car Key can repair most types of remote, key fob, Fobik, and smart keys. We have only listed the most common key types on our website. Even if you can’t see your key, it is likely that we can still repair it. Simply select the service named “My key is not listed” and send us your key. If we can’t repair it, we will return it to you via secure tracked delivery free of charge. Alternatively, you can email us an image of your key and we can let you know if we are likely to be able to repair it.
